Ok, NOW I can do a Critique~
So, to start off, he looks absolutely amazing! Of course, you haven't shaded him yet- and I bet he'll look even sexier, and even better once you do- but he's still so stunning~

Now, to the actual critiquing of the picture.
First of all, I love what you did with his eyes. The purple, and red outlining it... it's just so neat to look at. Honestly, I don't know what the race is that he's supposed to be, but I would assume you nailed it. You can defiantly tell he is a lion, and the bat wing just makes him look even more badass.~
The shoes are simple, but they give him a more, "I don't care what you think," look. His coat also keeps it simple, as do the straps over his waist.
His colors are quite simple as well~ And I approve of that. White and off-blue go together well. At least you didn't make him pink with yellow legs, white hair, purple fluffs, etc. Some people make it look unrealistic by making their characters too colorful. Keeping him simple looking makes him look even more, "realistic." You can easily imagine him in the Sonic universe (Whether you want to or not, that's your choice).

But yes, from the tiniest details, to the larger ones, he looks so serious, so sexy, so amazing~ You are a wonderful artist, and you did a great job!~
